Dan McMillan is a historian, author, and former prosecutor. He says big money has far too much sway over policymaking in America and he wants to do something about it. His group, Save Democracy in America, advocates for changes to how election campaigns raise money. He says his changes would give power back to the American people—power that’s held by special interest groups right now.
