Time appears to have stood still in Elgin Park, with cars from the 1950s parked in driveways and in town.
But Elgin Park cannot be found in the States. The town actually lives in photographer, Michael Paul Smith’s heart.
Smith created these life-like photos using his miniature car models. He sets them against the background – his hometown in New England – and photographed them with his compact camera. Paying attention to minor details has allows him to achieve this very realistic effect.
