President-elect Donald Trump’s attorneys have about ten days to convince a New York judge to throw out his conviction in the so-called hush money case. In the meantime, the pending sentencing has been delayed again.
Florida congressman Matt Gaetz, who resigned from Congress to be Trump’s attorney general before withdrawing from consideration, said he will not return to Congress next year. Senators from both sides of the aisle commented on his withdrawal.
