President Joe Biden, former President Donald Trump, and Vice President Kamala Harris stood together at Ground Zero in New York City on Wednesday to mark the 23rd anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks. Biden and Trump shook hands, while former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg appeared to facilitate a handshake between Harris and Trump.
Trump has said the Tuesday night debate with Harris was his best presidential debate yet. Harris campaign officials are now calling for a second debate, but Trump cast doubt on future faceoffs.
Hurricane Francine is barreling toward Louisiana and is expected to make landfall Wednesday evening. Forecasters are warning of potentially deadly storm surges, widespread flooding, and destructive winds along the Northern Gulf Coast.
