A crowd of Trump supporters filled the world-famous Madison Square Garden in New York City on Sunday as former President Donald Trump held a campaign event in the heart of the deep-blue state. The campaign hopes Trump becomes the first Republican since Ronald Reagan to win New York.
Vice President Kamala Harris was in the battleground state of Pennsylvania on Sunday, in the final stage of the 2024 election season. She encouraged attendees to get out and vote as part of a nationwide campaign called “Souls to the Polls.”
Egypt’s president announced Sunday his country has proposed a two-day cease-fire between Israel and the Hamas terrorist group during which four more Israeli hostages held in Gaza would be freed. There was no immediate response from Israel or Hamas as the latest talks were expected in Qatar, another key mediator.
