The U.S. Border Patrol union fully endorsed former President Donald Trump at a rally in Arizona on Sunday. The union is a longtime supporter of Trump’s, having backed him during his previous two campaigns. During the rally, Trump proposed hiring 10,000 additional Border Patrol agents and offering them a $10,000 retention and signing-on bonus.
Former President Bill Clinton campaigned for Democratic presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris in Georgia on Sunday, speaking at a Baptist church in Albany and a community fish fry in Fort Valley. Clinton urged residents to vote early for Harris and other Democratic candidates and said he thinks that Harris “has the capacity to be a truly great president.”
The Israeli military says four soldiers were killed in a drone attack on an army base, with first responders saying more than 60 people were injured. The Iran-backed Hezbollah terrorist group claimed responsibility for the attack. The Israel Defense Forces said it will investigate how the drone entered Israel without triggering an alert.
