President-elect Donald Trump has picked a new nominee for attorney general: Pam Bondi. She’s a former Florida AG who also served in Trump’s first administration on his Opioid and Drug Abuse Commission. “Pam will refocus the DOJ to its intended purpose of fighting Crime,” Trump said. Former Congressman Matt Gaetz withdrew from consideration for the attorney general position on Thursday.

The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant. Ruthie Blum, a former adviser at the Prime Minister’s Office and a senior contributing editor at the Jewish News Syndicate, joined NTD with her analysis of the move.

Democratic Sen. Bob Casey of Pennsylvania has conceded his reelection bid to Republican David McCormick. A state-wide recount showed no signs of closing the gap between the two candidates. Casey’s campaign suffered legal blows to its effort to get favorable ballots counted.
