Russia has detained a suspect after a top Russian general was killed with a bomb hidden in a scooter outside his apartment building. Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov was the chief of the Russian military’s nuclear, biological, and chemical protection forces and was accused by Ukraine as being responsible for the use of chemical weapons against Ukrainian troops, something Moscow denies.
