The Supreme Court ruled Monday that presidents enjoy immunity from prosecution for their official acts. The 6–3 decision is expected to delay former President Donald Trump’s trial in the federal election case until after the November election.

The Supreme Court on sent legal challenges to laws in Florida and Texas that regulate how social media platforms moderate content back to lower courts, finding that they failed to carry out proper analyses of the two cases. The justices also made way for a North Dakota truck stop to sue the federal government over old regulations.

Former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon reported to prison. He is now serving a four-month jail time for defying a subpoena from the House January 6th Select Committee. Following ex-trade adviser Peter Navarro, Mr. Bannon is the second Trump administration official to be held in contempt of Congress.

Tensions proceed in the Middle East, as Hamas terrorists vowed no peace until Israeli troops pull out of Gaza. This comes after tens of thousands flooded the streets in Tel Aviv over the weekend, demanding the release of all hostages.
