Louisiana Homes to Be Without Power for Weeks

Hurricane Ida has been downgraded to a tropical depression. Around 1 million people in Louisiana are still without power. In some of the hardest-hit areas, this may continue for weeks to come. And some regions also have to deal with water shortages.
