As part of our special coverage of the 24th anniversary of the persecution of Falun Gong in China, NTD’s Jack Bradley interviews Lily Tang Williams, a congressional candidate for New Hampshire and a survivor of Mao’s Cultural Revolution. Ms. Williams shares her experiences growing up in a communist country where religious freedom was suppressed, and how she was indoctrinated to believe in the leadership of the Communist Party. After moving to the United States, she realized the extent of the lies told by the Chinese regime and highlights the ongoing religious persecution in China, including of Falun Gong practitioners, Uyghurs, and Tibetans. She condemns the Chinese Communist Party’s abusive ideology, censorship, and human rights violations, and praises the courage of Falun Gong practitioners and others who speak out against these injustices.
