NTD spoke to Dale Copeland, professor of international relations at the University of Virginia, about the implications of the non-binding agreements the G7 leaders made at the recent summit in Italy regarding the Russia–Ukraine war, as well as China’s support of the Russian war effort and its illegal dumping practices.
