Mr. Binall said Judge Juan Merchan “has made a mockery” of the U.S. justice system in President Trump’s case. Mr. Binall said Judge Merchan should have never been on the case as a Biden donor whose daughter has a financial interest in the case and has done everything he can to impact the result of the case.
