The Oct. 7 attacks on Israel shocked and changed the world forever. It was the most brutal assault on the Jewish community since the Holocaust, and perhaps the worst part is how the world has reacted. Misinformation, indifference, denial—and even support of the terrorists.
And the world’s been affected by the war in Israel. It’s on the news and in our social media, many are impacted personally, and some tragically.
Inside the country, their economy is suffering unprecedented stress, and the defense minister, Yoav Gallant, one of the three-member war cabinet, says they’re being targeted on seven different fronts: Gaza, Lebanon, Yemen, Syria, the West Bank, Iraq, and Iran.
While the country gathers all its energy to fight the terrorists and heal from the attacks, how should the rest of us handle the information we’re receiving? Furthermore, is there the possibility of a greater conflict looming? Who are Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis, and what’s their relationship with Iran? Finally, what are U.S. interests and how are they being handled?
Our guest journalists Jonathan Tobin, Jonathan Feldstein, and Bradley Martin join us to discuss the truth about the war in Israel. And Dr. Tamir Rotman, director of a recovery program at Free Spirit Experience, for the Nova Music Festival Survivors, shares his wisdom.
