Discontent employees could make companies more vulnerable to IP theft and cyber attacks, according to director of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center Michael Casey. Speaking to CNBC, Mr. Casey said China is targeting what he called “human assets” in U.S. corporations. Especially disgruntled workers given they can be easily leveraged to harvest intellectual property, data, and other critical information.
