Healing Mind and Body With Sound Therapy

In today’s world, it may seem like everything keeps getting louder and moving faster, and it can prove stressful to try to keep up. However, an increasing number of people are embracing sound therapy to try to calm both the mind and the body. Some people even claim that the right sounds can have healing properties.

NTD spoke to members of Toronto’s SoundBody Collective, who shared their experience of helping others improve their health and well-being.
