Vice President Kamala Harris has been campaigning in the ‘Blue Wall’ battleground states of Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania this week. The ‘Blue Wall’ is a term that refers to 18 states, mostly in the north-central and northeast of the country, that Democrats won in every presidential election from 1992–2012.
