Germany’s migration commissioner has proposed deporting illegal immigrants to Rwanda. There, they could use asylum facilities built as part of Britain’s now-scrapped Rwanda deportation plan. It comes amid growing pressure on the German coalition government to restrict and deter illegal immigrants from entering the European Union.
