Suzan Johnson Cook, Former U.S. Ambassador-at-Large for International Religious Freedom, tells NTD’s Kelly Wright about the role American leadership plays in other countries. “People look to America for hope in some instances … and people want an America that will not divide, but be really ‘united’ states, that can support our world.”
She adds, “we are so many different people. We’re black, we’re brown, we’re Asians, we’re Latinas, we’re a different America, and we’ve got to get used to not our differences but what unites us. We’re called the United States of America.”
