Companies are dangling incentives to encourage employees to get the CCP virus vaccine. This comes as some Americans don’t want to get the vaccine out of concerns including side effects. Some companies offering to pay their employees to get the CCP virus vaccine are Aldi, Dollar General, and Instacart. While many companies are encouraging workers to get the shot, few have made it mandatory.

The biggest worry people have about the vaccines are the possible side effects.

Another top reason is lack of trust in the government to make sure the vaccines are safe and effective.

Many also say the vaccine is simply too new for them to have confidence in it.
