European Court Backs Mandatory Vaccination for Children in Czech Republic

A European court has ruled that mandatory vaccinations for children in the Czech Republic don’t violate the European Convention on Human Rights. The European Court of Human Rights ruled such a policy can be “necessary in a democratic society.”
