DOJ Charges Russian RT Editors, Alleging Interference in US Elections

The Department of Justice indicted two editors-in-chief for the Russian state-owned media outlet RT on Sept. 4. The department alleges that the individuals paid $10 million to a company in Tennessee for distributing English-language content online that favors the Kremlin. The Treasury Department sanctioned the two individuals.
