Brenna Swindell, the daughter of former Major League Baseball pitcher Greg Swindell, was found safe in Oregon with her ex-boyfriend Morgan Guidry early Tuesday morning after she was reported missing over the weekend, according to multiple reports from police and family members.

Before police in Oregon discovered her car, in which both she and Guidry were sitting, Swindell was last seen with Guidry on Thursday night at a rooftop bar in Spicewood, Texas, outside Austin, according to Austin Police Department.

An arrest warrant for Guidry was issued on Friday alleging that he assaulted Swindell in July and choked her, a third-degree felony. Missing People in America posted that Guidry had choked Swindell, slammed her, and broken her thumb before police showed up and dealt with the situation.

Family members including Greg Swindell feared that Guidry had harmed her after she decided to press charges against him.

Greg Swindell on Sunday posted the following on Facebook:

“*PLEASE HELP* Our daughter Brenna Swindell has not been seen or heard from in the Austin area since late Thursday afternoon. Her phone is off and she has not been in contact with family, friends, and most importantly her children. Her ex-boyfriend in the photo has a warrant and is violent so PLEASE if you have seen or heard from either one of them, let us know. She drives a white Kia Carnival which has not been located yet. We are in the process of filing a missing persons report so that will be with Austin Police soon. THANK YOU and please share.  Brennie, if you see this, we all love you so much and need you home!”

Swindell, 29, has three young children that her family said she would not have left without telling anyone where she was. She was not in contact with the children while she was gone.

Both Swindell and Guidry’s cell phones were turned off on Friday, making it difficult for police to locate them.

GPS and toll data showed Swindell’s car in the Colorado Springs or Denver area Friday night. MPIA also said the car had been seen in Idaho.

“If you live in the Pacific Northwest, we need your help,” MPIA posted. “Their car was spotted in Idaho yesterday. Brenna is a mother of three young children who deeply miss her. The father released a note that was left: “Off to travel the world, Morgan + Brenna. See you on the other side.”

“A single mother would not leave her children like this. America tonight, let’s find Brenna Swindell,” the post added.

It is not known why the two left Texas together and what transpired between them during the time they were gone.

When Swindell was found, her father posted on social media, “She has been found. That’s all for now. Thanks to EVERYONE who got involved. Sarah Swindell and I and our family and extended family thanks you.”

Brenna’s mother, Sarah Swindell, also posted about her daughter’s safe return.

“Brenna and Morgan have been located and are okay!” she wrote. “THANK YOU to everyone who prayed and shared informations to us!”

MPIA also posted on Facebook that Swindell had been missing and was found.

Guidry was reportedly arrested and taken back to Austin to face the charges against him.
