On August 27th, an unidentified man rode his bike up to the drive-thru window of a Burger King in an attempt to pick up food that he had ordered.

Police say the incident occurred around 8 p.m. at a Burger King on East 149th Street in the Bronx, NY, reported PIX11.

According to FOX News, after a 19-year-old employee of the chain refused the man service, an argument ensued which resulted in the man smashing the drive-thru window.

In the Surveillance video—shared by police—the suspect is seen sliding open the drive-thru window. He then appears to display something on his phone while talking to the employee.

The window then shuts, and the man can be seen hitting the window from the outside before finally smashing it.

Police say no one was injured during the altercation, and a $2,500 reward is offered to anyone with information regarding the suspect.

Wendy’s Customer Pulls Gun on Drive-Thru Worker

Another drive-thru related incident occurred at a Wendys in Georgia, where a customer was caught on surveillance video, pulling a gun on drive-thru employee.

Law enforcement officials said that the woman was driving a car with an adult passenger and several children in the backseat when she brandished the firearm around 11:15 p.m. on March 2.

Officials told Fox 5 the woman was upset because she ordered a junior meal for the children but wasn’t satisfied with the order or wait time.

She brought out the gun, demanding a refund.

“If the gun would have been fired it could have harmed the clerk at the window, subsequent employees or any customers that could have been in the restaurant as well,” said Henry County Police Department Sgt. John Davis.

Investigators said the clerk did well keeping her cool. They’ve put up wanted posters for the woman and asked anyone with information to call the police.
