On Tuesday, Sen. Marco Rubio spoke at the Heritage Foundation. He said the biggest threat to America is communist China. For the past two decades, there was a belief that free trade would change China. It did not. As America’s economy became interconnected with communist China, Rubio says U.S. interests were not protected.
