Chinese Firm Sues Pentagon to Get Off Blacklist

Another Chinese company has sued the Pentagon to get off its blacklist. One of China’s leading microchip equipment makers, called AMEC, filed a lawsuit against the Defense Department Friday for being labeled as a “Chinese military company.”
