China’s Control of Rare Earth Minerals Leaves Western Nations Exposed: Analyst

Western nations are facing a significant national security risk: A Henry Jackson Society report warns that China controls some 60 percent of the world’s rare earth mineral production, and processes nearly 90 percent of them—handing China’s communist regime a virtual monopoly.
