China, Russia, Iran Leaders’ BRICS Meeting ‘Concerning’: China Expert

Leaders from authoritarian countries like China, Russia, and Iran will meet at the BRIC Summit this week. China expert Gordon Chang tells NTD that any time these leaders meet, it’s cause for concern, as China will use it to penetrate markets and build up its economy. This comes as there are reports of North Korean soldiers being trained by the Russian military, presumptively to fight against Ukraine. Chang says these soldiers are already fighting and dying on the battlefield.
