The Biden administration has been flip-flopping on whether or not it’s aware of the existence of a Chinese Spy station in Cuba. Last Thursday, Pentagon spokesman Brigadier General Pat Ryder denied claims of its existence as reported by the Wall Street Journal. But this week, National Security Council spokesman John Kirby confirmed the Biden Administration was aware of the spy hub.
