China is denying any role in America’s fentanyl crisis, despite its status as the world’s number one maker of the precursor chemical, which gets manufactured into the synthetic opioid by Mexican cartels. Beijing’s foreign ministry says no illegal fentanyl trafficking happens between China and Mexico, adding it’s a “made in USA” problem. But is that really the case?
