On May 19, New York City’s Deputy Mayor for Economic & Workforce Development, Maria Torres-Springer, headlined an event organized by the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce.
The “NYC Business Summit” was held at the SaksWorks co-working space near 5th Avenue, New York City.
Business leaders in attendance included Kathryn Wylde, President, and CEO, Partnership for New York City; Reggie Thomas, Senior Vice President, The Real Estate Board of New York; Andrew Rigie, Executive Director, NYC Hospitality Alliance; and Jason Myles Clark, Executive Director, Tech: NYC.
Speakers and attendees alike were optimistic about New York’s future, but also sober about the challenges it’s facing.
NTD’s Paul Greaney was there.
