Bodycam Footage: NYPD Officers Rescue Woman Stuck Under Brooklyn Pier

In a daring rescue on Oct. 3, officers from the New York City Police Department successfully saved a young woman who got stranded on a beam on the side of a pier in Brooklyn. Dramatic body camera footage captures one of the officers holding onto the woman’s hand as he clung to the edge of the pier in Brooklyn’s Red Hook neighborhood, before his colleagues came to the woman’s aid with a boat.
