Blinken to Visit 6 Asian Countries in Show of Commitment

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has embarked on a trip across six countries in Asia. Officials said its goal is to show the United States’ commitment in the Indo-Pacific region. The trip will mark one of Mr. Blinken’s longest foreign visits, as he is slated to stop in Laos, Vietnam, Japan, the Philippines, Singapore, and Mongolia.
