Across the country, almost 4 million people have voted so far—either in person or by mail. That’s according to the University of Florida’s Election Lab. New or recently changed state laws across the country, including in key swing states, are reshaping how Americans vote, tally ballots, and manage presidential elections.

Aaron Dusso, an associate professor of political science at Indiana University, spoke with NTD about the latest findings.
