The U.S. Treasury Department announced new sanctions Wednesday targeting suppliers of military equipment to Russia in its war against Ukraine. These entities are accused of supplying the Kremlin with military equipment, ranging from infra-red detectors, to drone components, to pressure sensors used in missiles. China is once again in the spotlight. Of nearly 300 targeted suppliers, more than a dozen are based in China. How exactly did China aid Russia?
