Supreme Court Hears Starbucks Unionization Case

The Supreme Court hears arguments on the case Starbucks Company vs. National Labor Relations Board, a U.S. government agency, over unionization in the company at 11:00 a.m. ET on April 23.

Starbucks fired seven workers who were trying to unionize their Tennessee store. The National Labor Relations Board obtained a court order forcing the company to rehire them. 

Starbucks is seeking the Supreme Court to curb the government’s power.
