Marc Elias, Arguably the DNC’s Most Powerful Lawyer, Is Forming His Own Firm | Truth Over News
Marc Elias, arguably the most powerful Democratic National Convention (DNC) lawyer, just announced that he would be leaving Perkins Coie to form his own firm.
Going with Elias are 11 high-powered Perkins Coie partners, all of whom specialize in election law.
Elias was general counsel to both Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign as well as John Kerry’s 2004 campaign. Of equal importance, Elias was general counsel to Kamala Harris’s failed presidential campaign.
Elias has been involved in many facets of events preceding the 2016 election and has been the lead lawyer countersuing in regards to challenges to the outcome of the questionable 2020 election.
Elias’s firm hired Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele to produce and promote Steele’s disproven dossier, and Elias personally met with Steele on at least two occasions that we know of.
